TL;DR

Lead - Americas Partner Marketing: Driving growth across the Americas channel ecosystem by building joint marketing plans and executing co-marketing programs with resellers, VARs, and distributors. Focus on scaling partner enablement, managing MDF investments, and accelerating pipeline through localized GTM motions in North America and LATAM.

Location: Must be based in San Mateo, CA and able to work from the office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Salary: $127,500 - $157,500 USD

What you will do

  • Build and execute joint marketing plans with key distributors, resellers, and strategic VARs to drive pipeline.
  • Develop localized GTM motions for North America and LATAM markets.
  • Manage MDF planning, approvals, and ROI to ensure alignment with regional revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales leaders to ensure cohesive field execution and shared objectives.
  • Nurture partner advocacy by showcasing case studies and co-selling success stories.
  • Track and report performance metrics across MQCs, SAOs, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Partner marketing, channel management, or SI partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to operate across cultures and serve as a bridge between Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams.
  • Must be able to work onsite in San Mateo, CA, three days per week.
