TL;DR
Senior Program Manager, Demand Generation (B2B SaaS/Marketing): Own inbound demand generation and marketing-led outbound for Gavel’s products, driving free trials and demo requests across the full funnel with an accent on paid acquisition, lifecycle execution, and attribution. Focus on building and running a system of experiments, martech workflows, and SEO/AEO programs that translate data into pipeline and revenue outcomes.

What you will do
- Define and run the demand generation strategy across both products, owning outcomes like trials, demos, CAC, ACV, and LTV.
- Own and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and OpenAI.
- Manage website, content, and SEO/AEO execution: Webflow ownership, SEO/AEO strategy (including competitor hub and LLM citation visibility), and editorial operations for newsletters.
- Own HubSpot as the system of record, including lifecycle stages, routing logic, lead flow, and onboarding/nurture email sequences.
- Maintain marketing attribution and analytics: evolve attribution models, connect pre-signup session data to revenue outcomes, and produce leadership recommendations using BigQuery, Looker, HubSpot, GA4, and spreadsheets.
- Build AI workflows and automations across the marketing stack to move faster and improve execution quality.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a closely related role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience as a solo or near-solo marketer who owned strategy and measurable outcomes (not only execution).
- Hands-on paid ownership with budget/bid decisions and technical understanding of conversion tracking.
- Strong HubSpot proficiency across sequences, workflows, lifecycle management, and reporting.
- Experience designing and executing SEO or content programs with measurable pipeline impact.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering and data teams; ability to translate data from BigQuery, Looker, HubSpot, GA4, and spreadsheets into investment recommendations.
Nice to have
- Experience with AEO, LLM citation optimization, or AI-driven search visibility programs.
- Familiarity with BigQuery or other data warehouse tools for marketing attribution.
- Experience in legaltech, legal operations, or selling to law firms / in-house legal teams.
- Experience building and owning a martech stack from the ground up.
