What you will do

• Design and implement scalable BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, R, and SQL.
• Act as a strategic analytics partner to business and operations stakeholders, translating complex requirements into KPIs and actionable dashboards.
• Establish and maintain standards, policies, and governance processes for BI systems, including performing code reviews.
• Coordinate BI project prioritization and stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery aligned with business goals.
• Analyze the trade lifecycle in collaboration with engineering and middle office teams to identify automation opportunities and reduce risk.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BI analysts and developers on dashboard design and data storytelling.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field with 2 years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience in a Business Intelligence, Risk Management, or Data Analytics role within the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in data-pipeline design, multidimensional data modeling, and data-warehousing techniques.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for ETL processes.
• Experience using Alteryx, Python, or R for descriptive analytics and operational efficiency.
• Strong skills in Tableau and Power BI for performance optimization and communicating findings to senior management.
