Senior Air Operations Associate

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end airfreight operations while ensuring alignment with global policies and customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for shipment exceptions, resolving issues with urgency and sound judgment.
• Coach and mentor team members to maintain high productivity, SOP compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee billing accuracy, cost control, and prompt resolution of invoice disputes.
• Monitor vendor and carrier performance, providing actionable feedback to improve service quality.
• Supervise a small team and act as a squad lead to build capabilities for future leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Strong working knowledge of air freight processes, including import and export handling.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
• Proven experience in coaching or mentoring junior team members.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
