Legal Engineering Product Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to General Counsels and legal operations leaders by addressing pain points and identifying high-value opportunities to scale Legora usage.
• Own client relationships end-to-end with Go To Market and Customer Success, from running pilots to onboarding and guiding department-wide adoption.
• Be the voice of in-house users inside Legora, sharing insights from legal ops, commercial lawyers, and compliance to inform product development and roadmap priorities.
• Deliver product demos and training for GCs, regional teams, and legal ops professionals.
• Document best practices from leading legal departments and contribute to scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Help teams navigate how AI changes corporate legal operations, including ROI/efficiency evaluation and mapping AI impact across contract management and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department, ideally with exposure to legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation.
• Comfort with technical conversations and product thinking, especially around generative AI and technology implementation (not required to be a coder).
• Clear, confident communication across stakeholders, from General Counsels and business leaders to lawyers and engineers.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage complexity in a fast-moving environment.
• Understanding of how to evaluate and improve processes enabled by new/emerging technologies (e.g., contract workflows, matter management, compliance).
• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to juggle multiple client relationships.
