What you will do

• Lead the execution of complex, multi-stream projects ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective task execution.
• Identify and manage project risks by developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement of project management practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in managing complex projects within the financial sector.
• Fluency in English is required.
• PMI, Prince 2, or equivalent certification.
• Thorough understanding of business processes for asset managers, banks, and insurance companies.
• Proven ability to build solid customer relationships and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Must be based in Hong Kong and willing to travel to customer sites as needed.
