China UiR BPO Network Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate projects, governance, and execution across the China UiR BPO organization.
• Drive UiR BPO maturity development using the BPO Maturity Model roadmap, project dashboards, and progress tracking.
• Align business processes and continuous improvement initiatives with China BPO Network Leads and representatives from other sectors.
• Prepare management review materials, coordinate stakeholder inputs, track action plans, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Represent UiR in AI and digitalization initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, productivity improvement, and enhanced decision-making.
• Support management meetings, business reviews, strategic discussions, organizational events, and people development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with solid professional experience.
• Strong ownership of data and reports provided to management.
• Understanding of project management, PMO processes, and the hirify.global Project Management Methodology.
• Ability to independently manage small, non-complex projects and develop project schedules, plans, and reports.
• Knowledge of financial planning, risk and issue management, change management, and stakeholder management.
• Confident communication with senior managers and the ability to communicate in a structured and logical way.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled solutions, digital tools, automation, and practical productivity use cases.
• Experience advising on triple-constraint management, PGP, PMO processes, or high-performing teams.
