Intern - Global Project Management (DDS)

Location: SIMZ Pudong, Shanghai, China; full-time onsite internship

What you will do

• Learn the scope of hirify.global Central Laboratory Services for pharmaceutical clients and their representatives.
• Understand project management roles and the responsibilities of departments involved in global clinical studies.
• Support understanding of regional diagnostic study management, including logistics, study supplies, laboratory test results, and sample management.
• Learn how regional study managers coordinate with global study managers and Central Laboratory Services departments from study setup through closure.
• Interact with project managers and external vendors while developing project coordination and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Chemistry, or Engineering.
• At least 3 months of experience using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Expected graduation in July 2027 is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Strong organization, multitasking, verbal and written communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work with project managers and external vendors.

• Ability to analyze large and complex information and identify solutions to problems.
