What you will do

• Lead and coordinate PharmSci China activities for small molecule, large molecule, or vaccine programs to meet project milestones.
• Align global PSPT/CDT strategies with China development needs and translate them into actionable execution plans.
• Drive the preparation and execution of China NDA PharmSci strategies, including importation specifications and method gap resolution.
• Act as the primary PharmSci interface between global technical teams and China asset teams.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, and dependencies, ensuring early visibility of risks and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate alignment meetings and contribute to China development playbooks and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, MS, or equivalent) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical development, CMC, or PharmSci related project leadership.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese are required.
• Proven ability to work effectively in highly matrixed, global teams.
• Experience with China drug development and registration pathways is highly desirable.
