What you will do
- Lead and execute all phases of internal audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis across financial, operational, and compliance domains to identify risks and control gaps.
- Draft clear, concise audit reports detailing findings and actionable recommendations.
- Participate in ad-hoc special projects, investigations, and strategic initiatives for senior leadership.
- Stay updated on emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Drive the implementation of management's corrective actions to improve control maturity.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management, with at least 2 years in internal audit.
- Strong knowledge of COSO framework and IIA standards.
- English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.
- Proven ability to lead complex audit engagements and perform robust risk assessments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and audit management software.
- Professional designation (CIA or CISA) is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with AuditBoard, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
- Extensive experience in a high-growth, publicly traded technology company.
- French: Excellent written and spoken proficiency.
- Experience with data analytics tools like ACL, IDEA, or Alteryx.
- CPA, CFE, or other relevant professional certifications.
