What you will do

• Lead and execute all phases of internal audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis across financial, operational, and compliance domains to identify risks and control gaps.
• Draft clear, concise audit reports detailing findings and actionable recommendations.
• Participate in ad-hoc special projects, investigations, and strategic initiatives for senior leadership.
• Stay updated on emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
• Drive the implementation of management's corrective actions to improve control maturity.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management, with at least 2 years in internal audit.
• Strong knowledge of COSO framework and IIA standards.
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Proven ability to lead complex audit engagements and perform robust risk assessments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and audit management software.
• Professional designation (CIA or CISA) is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with AuditBoard, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
• Extensive experience in a high-growth, publicly traded technology company.
• French: Excellent written and spoken proficiency.
• Experience with data analytics tools like ACL, IDEA, or Alteryx.
• CPA, CFE, or other relevant professional certifications.
