Strategic Finance Analytics Manager (AI/ML)

Location: Remote in Canada or Mississauga, Canada. Remote employees may need to travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings.

Salary: CAD 108,000–120,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial, revenue, profitability, pricing, and scenario models for strategic business decisions.
• Apply AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modelling, to modernize modelling, scenario generation, reporting, and decision support.
• Develop scalable self-serve analytics for Finance, Pricing, Sales Operations, and business unit leaders.
• Evaluate pricing, packaging, discount, and go-to-market strategies across customer segments and geographies.
• Deliver profitability and commercial performance reporting to executive and go-to-market leadership, and contribute to Board and investor materials.
• Partner with FP&A, Sales Operations, Revenue Assurance, Finance Operations, Pricing, and business unit leaders on recommendations and revenue-risk remediation.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Exceptional financial modelling and scenario-analysis skills, including experience building revenue, profitability, or pricing models.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modelling, to modelling and reporting workflows.
• Must be located in Canada for this Canada-based position; the role is remote or based in Mississauga.

Nice to have

• Pricing or monetization experience.
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI, and executive-grade data visualization.
• Exposure to Salesforce, including Revenue Cloud Advanced.
