Product Marketing Operations Manager, Research (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; work from one of these offices at least 2 days per week

Annual salary: $255,000–$320,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the model launch calendar and sequencing across a broad portfolio of releases.
• Maintain the plan of record for each launch, including deliverables, owners, dependencies, deadlines, and risks.
• Coordinate review workflows with legal, policy, research, communications, product, and marketing teams.
• Drive decisions and alignment across senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Lead launch-day execution, internal enablement logistics, retrospectives, and recurring product communications.
• Develop scalable launch processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of launch or release operations with accountability for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Experience building or substantially improving launch or release processes.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain complex plans in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to drive decisions across senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Technical background and ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience in a relevant field.
