What you will do
- Develop and execute scalable account strategies, including multi-year revenue plans and growth initiatives.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to foster a high-performance, client-centric culture.
- Drive top-line growth by identifying and closing complex, enterprise-level opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to design end-to-end supply chain solutions.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with senior client stakeholders to demonstrate value and ROI.
- Monitor key account metrics and implement remediation plans to ensure client health and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or supply chain operations.
- Deep domain expertise in logistics, freight forwarding, and global supply chain technologies.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large, global accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
