Senior Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include New York City, Menlo Park, and Bellevue.

Salary: $221,000–$317,400 per year

What you will do

• Define and deliver medium- to large-scale programs with broad technical, business, and organizational impact.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and related teams.
• Apply data-driven and strategic technical judgment to program decisions.
• Work hands-on with Software Engineers and Product Managers to design, build, and deliver cloud services and applications.
• Improve engineering execution and productivity through tools and lightweight processes.
• Educate and mentor technical program management and engineering communities on program management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience leading medium- to large-scale complex engineering projects involving current cloud technologies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and other product lifecycle functions.
• Strong program management skills combined with technical and business acumen.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation, and organizational skills.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data.
