Senior Manager, Order-To-Cash Programs (AI)

What you will do

• Drive finance-wide transformation initiatives through AI, workflow redesign, and operational improvement.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex programs across finance, operations, IT, go-to-market, and product stakeholders.
• Design future-state business workflows and establish repeatable information-gathering and accountability processes.
• Develop project roadmaps, metrics, change management strategies, communication plans, and post-implementation reviews.
• Prepare business cases, decision documents, presentations, and other materials for executive audiences.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in technology, including transformation experience at a top-tier technology company.
• Strong AI, data, and analytics expertise, including agentic workflows and deterministic automation using tools such as JIRA Query Language and Google Apps Script.
• Extensive experience managing system implementations, international compliance initiatives, AI-enabled redesign, and complex cross-functional programs.
• Understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash process, including order management, fulfillment, provisioning, billing, invoicing, revenue, and cash.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Asana, plus strong expertise in SAP, SFDC, and modern Order-to-Cash boundary systems.
