Senior Technical Program Manager (Databricks)

Location: Fairfax, Virginia, United States; Arlington, Virginia, United States, or remote within the United States

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Databricks-focused technical programs across multiple customer engagements.
• Translate statements of work and solution designs into delivery plans with milestones, success metrics, and governance.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, status reporting, and issue resolution.
• Own program health and customer outcomes while facilitating communication between technical teams, executives, and government stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Engineering, Product, Sales, solution architects, data engineers, and cloud teams.
• Improve delivery processes, operational cadences, predictability, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance; active or prior Secret clearance is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or technical delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering complex federal programs, preferably for DoD, DoW, or other U.S. Government customers.
• Experience managing concurrent programs, cloud technology partners, delivery methodologies, and modern data architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, Databricks Machine Learning, analytics, or AI/ML workloads.
• Experience delivering scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data workflows.
• Experience with data governance, security, compliance, and regulated or federal environments.
• Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or implementation leadership experience.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification; current CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days.
