Principal Technical Program Manager (AI)

Base salary: $193,500–$203,000 per year

What you will do

• Own delivery health across programs and initiatives spanning multiple product engineering teams.
• Define milestones, success measures, planning standards, operating cadences, and risk and dependency management practices.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and build durable mechanisms that improve efficiency across teams and processes.
• Influence scope and prioritization decisions using delivery data, business impact, and technical strategy.
• Communicate vision, strategy, status, and technical risks to directors, senior leaders, and C-level stakeholders.
• Mentor TPMs and other leaders while improving delivery measurement, reporting, and AI-assisted tooling.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of technical program management experience or comparable experience across multiple teams or a product engineering group.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to evaluate engineering tradeoffs, estimates, dependencies, sequencing, and risk.
• Experience using AI tools and hands-on experience with Jellyfish, Jira, SQL, BigQuery, Datadog, and Redash.
• Experience independently defining goals and success measures for large, ambiguous, multi-quarter initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including presenting to executive audiences.
• Proven ability to influence without authority, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and mentor program managers.
