What you will do

• Own the global Print Partnerships strategy end-to-end, from market mapping to deal execution.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic print service providers.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations that shape the future of the fulfillment network.
• Partner with Product teams to align category expansion plans with partnership capabilities.
• Design the team structure, partnership playbook, and operating cadence from scratch.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of Partner Managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and leading partnerships functions at a scaled consumer or commerce company.
• Track record of leading complex, high-stakes commercial deals end-to-end.
• Ability to shape multi-year partner network visions while managing hands-on contract negotiations.
• Strong ability to build trust with senior external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
• Low-ego, collaborative leadership style with experience in greenfield environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
