Salary: $111,300–$215,400 (base pay range varies by state).

What you will do

  • Plan and execute product-led demand campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
  • Utilize ERP connector data, health scores, and whitespace analysis to identify and target expansion opportunities.
  • Manage always-on nurture programs and targeted cross-sell/upsell campaigns for enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to align messaging with enterprise buying triggers.
  • Build and manage an enterprise advocacy program, including case studies, executive testimonials, and peer reviews.
  • Apply AI tools for account-level segmentation, content personalization, and campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in customer marketing, demand generation, or product marketing within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience building product-centric demand programs within a named-account or ABX model.
  • Proficiency with Gainsight, Salesforce, Marketo, and Power BI.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed, POD-based environment.
  • AI fluency to scale personalization and campaign optimization.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with enterprise ERP ecosystems and compliance complexity.
  • Experience with intent-data platforms like 6sense, G2, or TrustRadius.
  • Experience serving enterprise or strategic accounts.
