What you will do

  • Own the demand generation strategy and campaign sequencing for focused market segments.
  • Build and manage full-funnel, multi-channel programs across awareness, nurture, conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Create campaign briefs and planning inputs to align cross-functional teams on goals, audiences, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with BDR leadership to ensure outbound activation is aligned with campaign strategy and buyer signals.
  • Monitor and optimize funnel performance across volume, velocity, and conversion rates.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations on audience segmentation, automation, and measurement planning.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation or campaign strategy.
  • Proven experience operating full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns in enterprise B2B environments.
  • Experience partnering with BDR/SDR teams to align outbound activation with conversion goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Fluency with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, People.ai, and Outreach.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA to support hybrid work options.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, supply chain, logistics, or retail technology markets.
  • Knowledge of exploring AI and automation to improve campaign scale and efficiency.
