What you will do
- Lead strategy, development, and execution for full-funnel global campaigns targeting new users and paid accounts.
- Coordinate across sales, customer success, and marketing teams to activate campaigns and achieve business outcomes.
- Develop detailed creative briefs including design direction, copywriting, targets, and segmentation.
- Support campaign outreach strategies by identifying appropriate communication vehicles and channel mix.
- Measure and report on campaign results to distill insights and optimize initiatives based on performance metrics.
- Standardize planning, execution, and reporting processes to serve as a global center of excellence.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of marketing experience in a demand generation role, ideally within a B2B or tech company.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Experience generating strategic briefs, prioritizing high-intent targets, and guiding A/B testing.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, digital content marketing, social media, and SEO.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
- Experience with integrated marketing and sales lead flow accountability reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience with campaign programs for SaaS tech companies.
- Understanding of developer, engineer, and DevOps personas.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, or Demandbase.
- Hands-on experience leading regional events.
- Experience driving paid media efforts across channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and GDN.
