TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (Mid-Atlantic or Eastern time zones)

What you will do

  • Lead strategy, development, and execution for full-funnel global campaigns targeting new users and paid accounts.
  • Coordinate across sales, customer success, and marketing teams to activate campaigns and achieve business outcomes.
  • Develop detailed creative briefs including design direction, copywriting, targets, and segmentation.
  • Support campaign outreach strategies by identifying appropriate communication vehicles and channel mix.
  • Measure and report on campaign results to distill insights and optimize initiatives based on performance metrics.
  • Standardize planning, execution, and reporting processes to serve as a global center of excellence.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of marketing experience in a demand generation role, ideally within a B2B or tech company.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Experience generating strategic briefs, prioritizing high-intent targets, and guiding A/B testing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, digital content marketing, social media, and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
  • Experience with integrated marketing and sales lead flow accountability reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience with campaign programs for SaaS tech companies.
  • Understanding of developer, engineer, and DevOps personas.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, or Demandbase.
  • Hands-on experience leading regional events.
  • Experience driving paid media efforts across channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and GDN.
