What you will do
- Ensure smooth and timely ocean freight process flow.
- Enter shipment data accurately and track order management files.
- Coordinate export documentation, arrival notices, and destination communication.
- Arrange international shipments with customers while meeting service standards.
- Manage accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
- Maintain compliance, follow customer procedures, improve efficiency, and meet KPI standards.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of ocean documentation processes.
- Proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
- Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English is required.
