Salary: $178,073.00 - $284,455.00

What you will do

• Direct loan closing operations across commercial and consumer teams spanning multiple states.
• Champion exceptional service delivery to banking partners and customers to minimize friction and reduce turnaround times.
• Lead a strategy to expand automation within Loan Closing using RPA and AI-powered solutions.
• Ensure all activities comply with federal and state regulations including TILA, HMDA, CRA, and CFPB.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of approximately 100 professionals.
• Serve as a key business stakeholder for technology implementations like nCino, LaserPro, and DocuSign.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Must be located within the bank's 8-state footprint: FL, GA, AL, VA, SC, NC, TX, CO.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a management or leadership capacity within loan operations or loan closing.
• Deep knowledge of commercial and consumer lending regulations (TILA, HMDA, CRA, CFPB).
• Proficiency with loan systems including nCino, Newgen, LaserPro, and DocuSign.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
• Banking operations certifications (e.g., Certified Banking Operations Professional).
• Project management certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma.
