What you will do

• Manage the closing request pipeline and rush inbox to ensure timely closings.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to the Closing team.
• Implement workflows to streamline productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure team compliance with investor, agency, federal, and state requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with branch managers and sales teams.
• Monitor defects and trends to create action plans for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Eastern or Central Time zones.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage closing.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in mortgage closing.
• Knowledge of state and federal mortgage laws (RESPA, TILA, ECOA).
• Ability to close FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
