Location: Must be based in the United States and able to work Eastern Standard Time hours. Hybrid options available in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC.

Compensation: $230,000 – $437,500 (Total Cash Compensation)

What you will do

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the executive leadership team.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team while building scalable financial infrastructure and automated workflows.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the COO, influencing headcount, partnership economics, and long-range planning.
• Manage OpEx, vendor negotiations, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Represent financial performance to parent company leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable narratives for business decision-making.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Must be based in the United States and available during Eastern Standard Time hours.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, including financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Proven track record of building finance functions and infrastructure from scratch.
• Experience navigating significant corporate events such as M&A or capital raises.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to executive teams.
