Salary: $96,100 - $135,700

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Workplace Planning Consultants delivering fiduciary advice and education.
  • Manage onboarding, performance plans, and career progression to ensure rapid proficiency.
  • Supervise participant interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal advice models.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including quality scores, service standards, and referral activity.
  • Partner with training and workforce management teams to align hiring, scheduling, and content.
  • Identify trends in escalations and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 required (Series 9/10 acceptable substitute for 24).
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services or workplace planning.
  • Ability to maintain a reliable high-speed wired internet connection for remote work.
  • Strong commitment to service quality and regulatory compliance.

Nice to have

  • 1–2 years of leadership or coaching experience.
  • Familiarity with qualified plan types and IRA operations.
