Salary: $96,100 – $135,700

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for federal and state regulators including the SEC and FINRA.
- Coordinate the intake, tracking, and resolution of regulatory exams, inquiries, and complaints.
- Partner with internal teams to gather records, assign tasks, and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
- Draft and review complex regulatory responses and supporting documentation.
- Maintain organized records of regulatory activity in systems like OnBase and SharePoint.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify trends to improve regulatory response procedures.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- 8+ years of compliance or related experience with direct interaction with regulators.
- Working knowledge of securities and insurance regulatory frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
- Must provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work.

- Experience working for a regulator in an examination or investigation role.
- Experience producing metrics and trend analysis for senior leadership.
- Ability to design and improve operational processes for efficiency.
