What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for federal and state regulators including the SEC and FINRA.
• Coordinate the intake, tracking, and resolution of regulatory exams, inquiries, and complaints.
• Partner with internal teams to gather records, assign tasks, and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
• Draft and review complex regulatory responses and supporting documentation.
• Maintain organized records of regulatory activity in systems like OnBase and SharePoint.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify trends to improve regulatory response procedures.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• 8+ years of compliance or related experience with direct interaction with regulators.
• Working knowledge of securities and insurance regulatory frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
• Must provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work.

• Experience working for a regulator in an examination or investigation role.
• Experience producing metrics and trend analysis for senior leadership.
• Ability to design and improve operational processes for efficiency.
