What you will do

• Prepare and review requisitions, journal vouchers, and expenditure documentation for departmental units.
• Coordinate monthly salary and benefit bill-backs between hirify.global and PHSA/BCCH.
• Reconcile and investigate discrepancies across various accounts including research grants and endowments.
• Analyze budget variances and identify/remedy research over-expenditures.
• Support the Accounts Receivable function by preparing invoices and monitoring receipts.
• Assist in year-end processes, including expense accruals and deferred revenue entries.

Requirements

• High school graduation plus a Certificate in Accounting or Payroll CPA Level 1 required.
• Minimum of four years of related financial experience.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet (Excel), and database applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-volume work under pressure.

Nice to have
