What you will do

• Identify and reach out to creators and influencers on Twitter (X) and Reddit
• Initiate and manage conversations with potential ambassadors
• Present the program, onboard participants, and distribute promo codes
• Track outreach funnel, follow up, and maintain organized pipelines
• Nurture relationships and support creators to become active ambassadors
• Provide feedback on messaging, responses, and campaign performance

Requirements

• Strong written English communication skills
• Comfortable with outreach and direct messaging at scale
• Organised and capable of managing multiple conversations
• Self-starter able to work independently
• Interest in content, social media, and creator ecosystems

Nice to have

• Experience in community management, influencer outreach, or growth roles
• Understanding of ambassador or affiliate programs
