What you will do

• Act as a liaison between program managers and internal groups to ensure timely marketing implementation.
• Manage marketing activity calendars and provide end-to-end solutions for execution discrepancies.
• Handle complex reporting, lead scrubbing, and expense management for marketing campaigns.
• Oversee project activities, including submitting request forms and monitoring dependencies across business units.
• Capture Proof of Performance (POP) and assemble billing packets for timely financial processing.
• Create and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) and conduct training for team continuity.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Taguig City, Philippines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and act as a point of contact for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in marketing financials, reporting, and database management.
• Effective communication skills for facilitating meetings with onshore and offshore partners.
