What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 15–20 client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to increase visibility in Search and Maps.
- Develop and execute Local SEO strategies, including citation building and NAP consistency.
- Monitor online review performance and reputation management.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Local SEO or GBP optimization.
- Deep knowledge of local ranking factors, Maps optimization, and citation management.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- English: C1+ (Excellent written and verbal communication skills).
- Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil, or Argentina.
- Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
Nice to have
- Previous agency or white-label marketing experience.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
- Familiarity with tools such as BrightLocal, Whitespark, Moz Local, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Knowledge of broader general SEO best practices.
