What you will do

• Provide strategic HR leadership and expert guidance to commercial client groups to achieve key business objectives.
• Drive talent strategies, including strategic workforce planning and succession planning, to support organizational growth.
• Advise senior leaders on complex issues related to organizational design, development, and change leadership.
• Collaborate with HR specialist functions like Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition to deliver corporate-wide programs.
• Manage key HR processes, including year-end performance assessments and compensation planning.
• Coach and counsel managers on leadership effectiveness and the management of employee relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 12 years of HRBP experience within life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Proven experience as an HRBP in a Commercial or customer-facing organization in biotech/pharma.
• Expert-level experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and career development.
• Strong background in leading culture and change management or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA.
