What you will do

  • Manage Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA), ensuring performance guarantees and warranties are met cost-effectively.
  • Act as a trusted technical expert and primary point of contact for customer relations and advocacy.
  • Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities, including onsite investigation of complex technical issues.
  • Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) to enhance the reliability and availability of battery storage systems.
  • Coordinate the procurement of spare parts and manage the scheduling and training of approved contractors.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Service Engineers, driving overall team competency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering (min 5 years exp) or Master’s degree (min 3 years exp).
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Deep knowledge of BESS products, O&M guides, and firmware/software update processes.
  • Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for task tracking and trend analysis.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Fluency in English.
