What you will do

• Lead technical execution for assigned platforms like YieldStar, EUV, or DUV systems.
• Own workstreams for NPI, pilot-line execution, and ramp-to-volume readiness.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between hirify.global and the customer for on-product performance.
• Analyze large datasets from scanner and metrology tools to drive yield improvements.
• Define and conduct experiments to validate performance and demonstrate product value.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IC manufacturing, lithography, metrology, or process technology.
• Strong experience in data analysis and coding using Python, MATLAB, R, or JMP.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead technical workstreams in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to work onsite in a cleanroom environment and travel up to 30% of the time.
