What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated place-and-route flows for multiple business units.
• Deploy, support, and integrate design flows within the overall CAD platform.
• Define design infrastructure, methodology, and workflows across the organization.
• Enable new process technologies and tools in design execution flows.
• Centralize and share knowledge around place-and-route methodology.
• Collaborate with EDA vendors to optimize tool usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 2–3 years of experience; equivalent professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least 2 years of recent experience with Cadence Innovus.
• Proven experience with 7nm-or-below advanced-node tapeouts and familiarity with FinFET, dual patterning, and ultra-low-voltage challenges.
• Strong scripting skills in Tcl and Python for flow development.
• Experience with Git or other revision-control tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
