What you will do

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify root causes of yield and defect issues.
• Recommend and lead corrective actions to improve process capability and factory yields.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex yield problems.
• Lead continuous improvement projects for products and processes.
• Provide technical expertise on specific process flow segments.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards across all technology nodes.

Requirements

• BSE degree in Electrical, Microelectronics, Material Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Optical Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Chemistry, or Physics.
• 4+ years of relevant experience (BSE), 3+ years (Master’s), or Ph.D.
• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication techniques such as Lithography, Etch, CMP, Thin Films, or Plating.
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments (DOE), and data analysis tools (JMP/JSL, Python, SQL).
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in R.
• 2+ years of new technology startup experience.
• 5+ years of advanced node foundry experience in Process/Yield Engineering.
