Salary: $127,000 - $159,500 USD

What you will do

• Design and codify processes, products, and tools for the next-generation fulfillment network.
• Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem diagnosis to technical implementation.
• Develop tooling, dashboards, and forecasting models using SQL, Python, and BI platforms.
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to scale solutions across the network.
• Establish SOPs, KPIs, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent site execution.
• Lead high-impact projects including automation, robotics, and international expansion.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations strategy.
• Expert-level technical skills in SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes with measurable business impact.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect operational execution to P&L drivers.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and comfort in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics and warehouse automation.
• Background in building fulfillment products such as B2B, Prep, Returns, or Retail compliance.
• Proficiency in Python or R for modeling and automation.
