What you will do

• Lead design for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization for guided flows.
• Leverage AI to create personalized customer experiences for SMB users.
• Design growth systems and experiments, translating quant/qual insights into testable ideas.
• Facilitate workshops and distill complex information into high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct independent UX research and represent the voice of the customer.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ship business-driven products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional design experience.
• 4+ years of experience on Growth teams, ecommerce, or merchandising.
• Proven track record in driving gains in conversion, basket price, and product adoption.
• Expertise in onboarding surfaces and iterative experimentation (A/B testing).
• Proficiency in conducting independent UX research and testing.
• Must be based in or relocate to a hub location (Denver, SF, Nashville, or Santiago) and work in-office 3+ days a week.

• Experience with B2B companies focusing on SMBs.
