What you will do

• Facilitate a safe operational environment by strictly adhering to safety requirements and equipment checklists.
• Oversee daily fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, manifesting, and staging shipments.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to warehouse associates in partnership with the Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with cGDP and cGMP standards for temperature-controlled areas.
• Perform end-of-shift inventory checks and resolve operational issues.
• Recruit and train team members to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for at least 80% of the shift.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions without deviation.
• Must be able to obtain certification for various mobile powered industrial vehicles.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of warehouse experience with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or medical warehouse environment.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Prior forklift operation experience or certification.
