What you will do
- Facilitate a safe operational environment by strictly adhering to safety requirements and equipment checklists.
- Oversee daily fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, manifesting, and staging shipments.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to warehouse associates in partnership with the Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with cGDP and cGMP standards for temperature-controlled areas.
- Perform end-of-shift inventory checks and resolve operational issues.
- Recruit and train team members to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for at least 80% of the shift.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions without deviation.
- Must be able to obtain certification for various mobile powered industrial vehicles.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of warehouse experience with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or medical warehouse environment.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Prior forklift operation experience or certification.
