What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse transactions, including receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials.
• Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Train and mentor warehouse associates to maintain high productivity and accuracy.
• Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, reach trucks, and wire cutting equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Handle branch orders and coordinate with common carriers for efficient shipping.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Glenwood Springs, CO
• 5+ years of warehouse or related experience preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record if required for deliveries
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and constant walking
• Basic computer literacy and mathematical skills
