TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end sales compensation processes including plan design, modeling, and governance.
  • Translate data from Salesforce and ICM systems into actionable insights for sales leadership.
  • Partner with GTM and FP&A teams to optimize incentive structures and profitability.
  • Build scalable reporting and forecasting processes for variable compensation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts to elevate analytical capabilities.
  • Drive process transformation and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, FP&A, or related finance roles.
  • Direct exposure to sales compensation, incentive design, or ICM systems.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and P&L impact.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations within fintech or SaaS environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and large-scale data environments.

Nice to have

  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry.
