Sr Engineer, Process Engineering (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Sustain production lines through SPC/FDC monitoring, CPK improvement, and troubleshooting of process and tool issues.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on process robustness, cost efficiency, and capacity efficiency.
• Develop process recipes for new and existing technologies and improve process performance using statistical analysis, big data analytics, and structured problem-solving.
• Work with cross-functional teams, other fabs, and OEM suppliers to converge best-known methods for recipes, materials, methods, and Industry 4.0 automation.
• Support production ramp schedules through process qualification, productivity improvements, and new tool release.
• Train and guide Associate Engineers in day-to-day operational requirements; participate in potential job rotations and overseas assignments.

Requirements

• MS or BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or another relevant qualification.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with resourcefulness, initiative, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of big data analysis and use of AI/ML.
• Coding experience such as Python.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication.
