TL;DR

North America Co-Sell Leader (AI): Building and leading the regional co-sell organization to drive joint go-to-market execution with strategic partners with an accent on revenue growth, pipeline acceleration, and partner-led customer adoption. Focus on developing scalable co-sell motions, driving account mapping, and aligning commercial and delivery teams to ensure successful AI workload implementation at enterprise scale.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or San Francisco office).

Compensation: $450,000 – $490,000 + Equity.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing North America Co-Sell team to execute regional partner GTM strategy.
  • Own regional revenue targets tied to partner-attached pipeline, bookings, and customer adoption.
  • Build scalable co-sell and co-deployment motions with cloud providers, global systems integrators, and consulting firms.
  • Drive comprehensive account mapping to identify whitespace and accelerate joint pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to embed partners into territory planning and opportunity execution.
  • Lead executive business reviews to assess revenue performance, pipeline health, and delivery readiness.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, cloud alliances, or partner sales leadership.
  • Proven success owning meaningful revenue targets and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Deep experience working with cloud providers, global systems integrators, or enterprise technology partners.
  • Strong operational rigor in developing forecasting models, business reviews, and execution cadences.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading strategic partnerships for cloud, AI, or SaaS companies.
  • Experience working closely with delivery organizations to ensure successful customer implementations.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and modern cloud architectures.
