TL;DR

Head of Sales (AI Cloud): Leading the commercial engine to bring GPU capacity to market for AI researchers and enterprises with an accent on enterprise deal execution, team scaling, and GTM strategy. Focus on managing complex nine-figure commitments, aligning customer demand with GPU capacity roadmaps, and scaling a high-performing sales organization.

Location: Must be based in the San Francisco/San Jose area with office presence 4 days per week

What you will do

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of enterprise account executives and sales support functions.
  • Design scalable commercial frameworks and establish a deal desk function for complex enterprise quotes.
  • Drive rigorous weekly and monthly pipeline reviews and maintain accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Translate customer demand signals into GPU capacity allocation decisions to maximize commercial return.
  • Synthesize customer feedback on pricing and features to influence the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate with marketing and partners to develop channel and reseller relationships, including cloud marketplaces.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep domain expertise in cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, or AI/ML infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals with $10M+ TCV.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco/San Jose area (4 days per week office presence).
  • Strong command of pipeline management and forecasting methodology.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling GPU cloud or HPC capacity specifically.
  • Background in neocloud or infrastructure startup environments.
  • Familiarity with Nvidia ecosystem and GPU cluster economics.
  • Existing relationships with infrastructure decision-makers at large enterprises.
