What you will do

  • Deliver against revenue quotas for partner-sourced and partner-influenced bookings in Northern and Central Europe.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to integrate partners into key account strategies and deal cycles.
  • Build and execute joint sales motions with SIs, FSIs, ISVs, and channel partners.
  • Serve as the primary interface for regional partner ecosystems, ensuring alignment with global programs.
  • Develop joint account plans, campaigns, and demand-generation activities.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and maintain accurate partner pipeline data and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances.
  • Deep understanding of SI, FSI, and ISV partner models including co-sell and resale motions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through partner ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and executive presence for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
