What you will do

  • Lead the People Intelligence & Analytics strategy, defining the vision for AI-powered workforce insights.
  • Build and scale AI-enabled products, including automated insight generation and analytics copilots.
  • Design predictive analytics capabilities for attrition, retention, and talent movement forecasting.
  • Partner with executives and HRBPs to translate workforce data into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Establish data standards, reporting frameworks, and methodologies for the People Team.
  • Drive experimentation with emerging AI technologies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Math, Statistics, CS, etc.) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent advanced degree and experience.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven experience building executive-facing analytics products and strategic decision-support capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI, machine learning, or advanced statistical approaches to business challenges.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading People Analytics transformation in a large enterprise.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Viva Glint.
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and model governance.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, PowerBI, or Fabric.
