What you will do
- Lead the People Intelligence & Analytics strategy, defining the vision for AI-powered workforce insights.
- Build and scale AI-enabled products, including automated insight generation and analytics copilots.
- Design predictive analytics capabilities for attrition, retention, and talent movement forecasting.
- Partner with executives and HRBPs to translate workforce data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Establish data standards, reporting frameworks, and methodologies for the People Team.
- Drive experimentation with emerging AI technologies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Math, Statistics, CS, etc.) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent advanced degree and experience.
- 1+ years of people management experience.
- Proven experience building executive-facing analytics products and strategic decision-support capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI, machine learning, or advanced statistical approaches to business challenges.
Nice to have
- Experience leading People Analytics transformation in a large enterprise.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Viva Glint.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and model governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, PowerBI, or Fabric.
