Senior HR Business Partner (AI): Serving as a strategic advisor to Legal, People, and Finance leadership teams with an accent on organizational design, talent strategy, and AI-driven process transformation. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to a hub (San Francisco, CA; Denver, CO; Nashville, TN; or Santiago, Chile). Role requires 3+ days per week in-office.
Salary: $165,000 - $194,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)

What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to G&A leadership on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Lead complex performance management and employee relations cases in partnership with Legal.
- Drive organizational change management for restructures and M&A integrations.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools to automate and improve HR workflows and business outcomes.
- Utilize people analytics to identify attrition trends and shape proactive interventions.
- Coach senior leaders on leadership capability, feedback culture, and management fundamentals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years as an HRBP supporting Director+ level leaders.
- Direct hands-on experience driving AI-enabled HR initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of employment law and performance management.
- Proficiency in Workday is required.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Must be able to work from a hub location 3+ days per week.
