Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to a hirify.global hub (San Francisco, CA; Denver, CO; Nashville, TN; or Santiago, Chile). Role requires 3+ days per week in-office.

Salary: $165,000 - $194,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to G&A leadership on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Lead complex performance management and employee relations cases in partnership with Legal.
• Drive organizational change management for restructures and M&A integrations.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools to automate and improve HR workflows and business outcomes.
• Utilize people analytics to identify attrition trends and shape proactive interventions.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership capability, feedback culture, and management fundamentals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years as an HRBP supporting Director+ level leaders.
• Direct hands-on experience driving AI-enabled HR initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of employment law and performance management.
• Proficiency in Workday is required.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Must be able to work from a hub location 3+ days per week.
