Location: Must be based in the US (Fully remote)
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 annually

What you will do
- Identify and prioritize high-value technology partners across IAM, SIEM/SOAR, and cloud security categories.
- Develop business cases and define integration requirements for joint solutions with product and engineering teams.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, including monetization models like co-sell, referral, and marketplace programs.
- Translate partnerships into go-to-market programs, including sales enablement, joint solution briefs, and marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain executive-level relationships with key alliance contacts.
- Report on alliance pipeline, partnership health, and revenue impact to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years in technology alliances or business development, with 3+ years in identity or security sectors.
- Must be based in the US.
- Deep knowledge of the identity and security landscape (IAM, PAM, IGA, SIEM/SOAR, CNAPP).
- Proven ability to evaluate partnerships based on commercial criteria and revenue potential.
- Experience defining integration requirements and working cross-functionally with product and engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to internal and external executives.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% for partner and industry events.
Nice to have
- Experience at a cybersecurity or identity-focused SaaS startup.
- Existing relationships with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) partner teams.
- Familiarity with Zero Standing Privileges and just-in-time access concepts.
