Salary: $174,000 - $193,000 per year

What you will do
- Partner with Product, Strategy, and Go-To-Market leadership to scope and execute partner-powered projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop large-scale business recommendations and communicate findings to executive management.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial identification through deal close and product launch.
- Create business cases, financial models, and competitive evaluations to support strategic growth.
- Negotiate and implement effective business development agreements that drive measurable results.
- Maintain partnership records and interactions within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy or partnership management at a SaaS company or strategy consulting firm.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex contract negotiations.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize partner-related issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical competence or strong motivation to learn new software solutions.
- Experience in acute care is considered a strong plus.
