TL;DR

Sr. Partner Manager (Strategic Partnerships): Managing software and technology vendor partnerships for a leading health tech platform with an accent on business development, contract negotiation, and cross-functional project leadership. Focus on driving partnership opportunities from ideation to deal close and supporting partner-centric product launches in the senior care space.

Location: Remote (US/CAN) or Mississauga, ON. Travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City offices is required for onboarding and team events.

Salary: $174,000 - $193,000 per year

What you will do

  • Partner with Product, Strategy, and Go-To-Market leadership to scope and execute partner-powered projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop large-scale business recommendations and communicate findings to executive management.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial identification through deal close and product launch.
  • Create business cases, financial models, and competitive evaluations to support strategic growth.
  • Negotiate and implement effective business development agreements that drive measurable results.
  • Maintain partnership records and interactions within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy or partnership management at a SaaS company or strategy consulting firm.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex contract negotiations.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize partner-related issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical competence or strong motivation to learn new software solutions.
  • Experience in acute care is considered a strong plus.
