What you will do

• Act as the primary executive technology advisor for a portfolio of Managed Services clients.
• Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps that align with client business goals.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions to guide technology investment decisions.
• Advise on cloud strategy, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with internal Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales teams to deliver strategic client outcomes.
• Establish governance standards to improve security, scalability, and operational efficiency across client environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, consulting, or strategic advisory roles.
• Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, and executive strategies.
• Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or consulting organization.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, PMP, or TOGAF.
